Mr. McMullan, age 76, of Union, passed away January 18, 2019, at his home, surrounded by his family.

Johnny was a lifelong resident of Union. At 17, he and his brother joined the Army and both were stationed in Germany. He worked in Public Works at NAS Meridian and retired in 2003. After retiring, he spent his time making birdhouses out of license plates and sold them at flea markets, with all profits going to help someone in the community that was in need. He and Sarah loved to travel and “work camp” in various places, their favorite being Dollywood.

Johnny is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Sarah Bradley McMullan; daughter, Sharon McNeil and her husband, Mike, and grandson, Brad Taylor and his wife, Katie, andbonus grandchildren, Daniel McNeil and his wife, Joette, Rindy Pierman and her husband, Pete, Cheryl McElhenney and her husband, Chris, and Annette LaRock; brother, Paul B. McMullan and his wife, Patsy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Brewer and Lucy Mable McMullan; and his older brother, Velpo B. McMullan and his wife, Clara.

Sarah and Family, So sorry for your loss. Johnny is by far, better off than we are. He wouldn't want to come back and be in the health he was in. I know he will be missed but with God, you all can make it. We'll all meet again some day. We Pray God will watch over and Comfort all.We love each one of you.

Johnny will be sadly missed but will never be forgotten because of the love he shared with both family and friends. I’ve never seen love so strong between 2 other people that Johnny and Sarah have.
