Graveside services for Mrs. Hoyte Moore Alley will be held Saturday at 4pm at Magnolia Cemetery. Rev. Carl White will be officiating.
Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Mrs. Alley, 96, passed away Wednesday.
Friends and family will always cherish the memory of a beautiful soul, one of the most unselfish and caring lady you would ever meet.
She always took time to give of herself and care for others. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother,
her favorite love was her family. She also enjoyed gospel singing, especially the old hymns and loved sports especially watching her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of Highland Baptist Church and also attended Calvary in Butler, AL where she taught the GAs and age 2-4 Sunday School Class.
She also volunteered at the nursing home in Butler.
She is survived by her daughter Rosemary Hill and husband Michael; son Charles K. Alley; eleven grandchildren,
twelve great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Mrs. Alley was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Lena Moore; husband Frank Alley; sons Frank Alley Jr., Steven Lawrence Alley Sr.;
sisters Ann Moore Covert, Rosemary Moore Jones, Louise Moore Pilkington, Sue Moore Cain; brothers Earnest Moore and Robert Moore.
Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Ryan Hill, Grant Hill, Daniel Hill, Lee Alley, Steve Alley Jr., Brian Alley and Michael Alley.
Visitation will be from 3pm to approximately 3:45pm at the funeral home.
